401(k) Retirement Plan

Eligibility
• Employees are eligible to participate in Repario’s 401(k) plan the first of the month following three (3) consecutive months of employment. Hourly employees must complete 250 hours worked during those 3 months

Employer Match
• Basic Safe Harbor Match.
• 100% of the first 3% deferred, plus 50% of the next 2% deferred for a maximum match of 4%
• All matching contributions are immediately 100% vested.
